Blackberry Desktop Manager Fails to Start

In case someone was looking for the solution, I was having the same problem with Notes 8 Beta 3 and Blackberry Desktop Manager (Syncronizer). Desktop manager would start and give the error
"This application has failed to start because nNotes.dll was not found. Re-Installing the application may fix this problem." After finding that the nNotes.dll did exsist, I noticed that my Notes directory wasn't in the system Path anymore. I added my Notes program directory to the system Path and that fixed the problem.
